ABOUT
Kim T. Sanders, Managing Partner
After nearly 25 years of progressive career experience
in product management, direct response marketing, vendor/partnership
management, and new business development with major financial services
and marketing organizations, Kim Sanders has taken her skills and
expertise in strategic planning, business-to-business marketing,
CRM, channel management, and much more on the road and established
PHAEDEAUX, LLC (pronounced
“FIDO” after her Siamese cat).
Originally a native of Philadelphia, Kim has lived
near Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the past four years where she worked
as Senior Managing Director of Product Management and Marketing
of the insurance division of Bank One. As a member of the Executive
Committee of the Insurance Group reporting to the CEO, Kim headed-up
a staff of senior product segment managers, marketing managers,
and licensed telesales agents responsible for the development, implementation,
marketing, sales, and communications of insurance programs sold
to 50 million customers across all Bank One lines of business including:
Credit Card, Business Banking, Private Client Services, Retail Banking,
Indirect Lending, and Employee Benefits.

Prior to her move to Bank One, Kim held management

Direct Advertising, MBNA, Clement Communications, Beneficial Corporation,
and Colonial Penn Group. The list of career highlights covered in
her four-page resume qualified her for the 2004/2005 edition of
Marquis Who’s Who of American Women. Kim holds a Ph. D. in
Marketing and Business Administration, a Masters of Arts Degree
in Administration, and a B.A. in English.
Kim has converged a team of marketing, sales,
and business operations professionals with extensive backgrounds
in financial services and retail to create customized strategies
for businesses that need results-driven marketing solutions.
